DESCRIPTION
Robust product design and testing - The Cummins generator is designed to operate under extreme environmental conditions. The generator is tested and certified per the latest EPA and UL standards, ensuring top performance in demanding environments.
Heavy-duty engines - Rugged 4-cycle industrial diesel engines deliver reliable power and a fast response to load changes. Whether you need a Cummins industrial generator or a 100kw diesel generator, this system provides unmatched reliability.
Alternator - Several alternator sizes offer selectable motor starting capability with low reactance 2/3 pitch windings, low waveform distortion with non-linear loads, and fault-clearing short-circuit capability, all part of the advanced Cummins generator specifications.
Control system - The PowerCommand® 1.1 electronic control is standard equipment and provides total generator set system integration, including automatic remote starting/stopping, precise frequency and voltage regulation, alarm and status message display, output metering, and auto-shutdown at fault detection. Perfect for ensuring optimal performance, even for a 100kw diesel generator setup.
Cooling system - The standard cooling package ensures reliable operation at ambient temperatures up to 122°F (50°C). Coolant heaters come standard for easy starting well below freezing, an essential feature for Cummins industrial generators.
Enclosures - The aesthetically appealing enclosure features a special design, making this one of the quietest diesel generators of its kind. With aluminum material and a durable powder coat paint, the enclosure offers top anti-corrosion performance. The generator set enclosure has been tested to withstand 180 mph wind loads, following ASCE 7-10 standards.
Fuel tanks - Two dual-wall sub-base fuel tank series are available as optional features, offering economical and flexible solutions to meet extensive code requirements. These fuel tanks enhance the efficiency of 100kw diesel generators and Cummins generators alike.
